1. Purpose

This policy sets out the activities that are not permitted on HubCommerce. It applies to all users of the platform, including customers, vendors, couriers, and pickup stations.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use HubCommerce to:

• List counterfeit, stolen, or illegal goods, or otherwise misrepresent a product's condition or origin
• Manipulate reviews or ratings, including fake or paid reviews
• Circumvent platform payment by soliciting or arranging off-platform payment for an order
• Harass or engage in abusive communication with any other user, vendor, courier, or pickup station
• Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization
• Use vendor, courier, or pickup-station access for any purpose outside its intended role

3. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in listing removal, account suspension, or termination, at HubCommerce's discretion. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to relevant authorities.
